Content Policy

This Content Policy governs the content of any post, profile, video, channel, group, tweet, or other public asset that a socialmediaboost.it.com customer submits as the target of an order.

We do not deliver engagement to content that, in our reasonable judgement, falls into any of the following categories:

• Child safety. Any depiction of a minor in a sexualised context; grooming content; content that facilitates the sale, exploitation or trafficking of children.
• Non-consensual sexual content. Revenge pornography, upskirting, intimate images shared without consent, deepfake pornography of a real person.
• Extremism & terrorism. Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides operational support to a designated terrorist organisation or hate movement.
• Hate speech. Content that dehumanises or calls for violence against a protected class (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin).
• Regulated goods. Sales of narcotics, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, unregistered firearms, endangered-species products.
• Fraud & scams. Ponzi schemes, deceptive investment products, unlicensed financial services, phishing, romance scams.
• Impersonation. Content that impersonates a real person, brand or public body without a good-faith disclosure that it is a parody / fan account.
• Intellectual-property infringement. Content that materially reproduces third-party music, video, images, or brand marks without licence.
• Doxxing & privacy violations. Content that publishes another individual's home address, ID document, private phone, or medical records without consent.
• Malware / phishing. Content whose primary purpose is to deliver malware, credential harvesting, or fraudulent verification prompts.

Content that is lawful but adult-only (such as adult performers' official accounts, cannabis retailers in jurisdictions where cannabis is legal, or licensed gambling operators) may be accepted at our sole discretion and subject to enhanced due diligence. We may charge a service-specific rate uplift to account for delivery-pool restrictions.

Anyone — customer or non-customer — may report content that appears to violate this Policy by writing to abuse@socialmediaboost.it.com. Please include a link to the content and a short description of the concern. We acknowledge every report within 24 hours and complete our review within 72 hours.

Where we conclude that an order targets prohibited content, we will:

• Cancel the order and refund the wallet.
• Suspend the account pending investigation.
• Terminate the account and forfeit remaining wallet balance where the violation is serious or repeated.
• Report the account and the underlying content to the affected third-party platform.
• Report the account to law enforcement where the content is criminal.
