1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using socialmediaboost.it.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy, Return/Refund & Cancellation, and Shipping & Service Delivery Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement where you live. Provide accurate account information, protect your password and API key, and notify support if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
3. Current service status
socialmediaboost.it.com provides digital social-media-marketing services through an online panel and API. The selected service description, quantity limits, price, estimated delivery information, and refill eligibility form part of each accepted order.
4. Authorized and prohibited use
You may submit only a public target URL that you are authorized to promote. You may not target a minor's account, harass a person, promote illegal or infringing material, mislead others, interfere with the website, abuse the API, commit fraud, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or a third-party platform's rules.
5. Orders and service delivery
Digital delivery is made to the submitted public URL. Start and completion times are estimates rather than guarantees. The target must remain public and correctly entered while processing. Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially completed, canceled, or refunded when fulfillment is unavailable or the submitted information is invalid.
6. Wallets, payments, and refunds
Wallet deposits are credited only after an approved payment provider confirms payment. Prices and currency are shown before an order is submitted. Cancellation, non-delivery, partial delivery, unused deposits, refills, and payment disputes are handled under the published Return/Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

SocialMediaBoost is not endorsed by or affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, Spotify, or other listed platforms. Platform rules and technical changes are outside our control. A live service may depend on an approved fulfillment provider, but that does not reduce rights that applicable law gives you.
8. Reseller and API use
You are responsible for API-key security, downstream customer disclosures, lawful instructions, and all requests made through your account. You must not misrepresent platform affiliation, delivery guarantees, or refund eligibility.
9. Refusal, cancellation, and suspension
We may refuse or cancel a request, restrict a feature, or suspend an account to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. When appropriate, support will review the account record and any eligible wallet adjustment.
10. Website content and intellectual property
The website design, branding, text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
11. Availability and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a result controlled by a third-party platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
