Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only
SocialMediaBoost presents digital social-media services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no courier, shipping charge, tracking number, customs fee, or physical delivery address is involved.
2. Current online-ordering status
An accepted order is delivered electronically to the public target URL submitted by the account holder. The selected service and quantity are shown in the order record.
3. How electronic delivery works
Processing can begin after the order is accepted and sufficient confirmed wallet credit is available. The target URL must be correct, accessible, and remain public while the order is active. Progress and terminal status are shown in the account dashboard.
4. Timing and availability
Start times, speed, and completion estimates vary by service, quantity, demand, target eligibility, provider availability, and third-party platform conditions. Unless a specific service states otherwise, timing is an estimate and not a guarantee.
5. Delays, incorrect links, and platform changes
Delivery may pause or fail if a link is incorrect, private, removed, changed, or already receiving a conflicting promotion. Third-party platforms may remove or change engagement under their own rules. Contact support before placing another order for the same target and service.
6. Cancellation, partial delivery, and refills
Cancellation is not guaranteed after provider submission. Confirmed non-delivery or a terminal partial result is handled under the Return/Refund & Cancellation Policy. A refill label means the service may qualify for provider or support review during its published refill window; it is not an automatic guarantee.
7. Support
For a delivery question, contact support@socialmediaboost.it.com with the username and order reference. Do not include a password, full card number, CVV/CVC, PIN, or online-banking credentials.
