Return/Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective July 25, 2026
1. Digital services cannot be physically returned
Orders are for digital services delivered to the submitted public URL. No physical product is shipped, so physical returns and return postage do not apply.
2. Cancellation before fulfillment
A cancelable order may receive a full wallet credit when it is canceled before submission to the fulfillment provider. Once processing has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.
3. Cancellation after processing starts
After a digital service has been submitted for processing, cancellation may not be possible. Support will review the order status and any provider response before confirming whether a credit, cancellation, or partial adjustment is eligible.
4. Non-delivery and partial delivery
If a provider confirms that an order was canceled or refunded, the undelivered portion is credited to the wallet. A confirmed terminal partial result is calculated pro-rata from the valid remaining quantity. Ambiguous provider responses require support review.
5. Completed orders and refills
A completed digital order is generally not refundable merely because engagement later changes or is removed by a third-party platform. A refill label indicates possible eligibility during that service's published refill window, subject to provider or support confirmation.
6. Deposits and payment disputes
Unused deposits or requests to return funds to the original payment method require support review and remain subject to the payment provider's rules and applicable law. Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly. An account may be restricted while a payment dispute or suspected misuse is investigated.
7. How to request review
Contact support@socialmediaboost.it.com with your username, order or transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue. Never send a password, full card number, CVV/CVC, PIN, or online-banking credentials.
