Payment safety and JazzCash wallet readiness

Online payment collection should use an approved provider-hosted checkout. For the current JazzCash MWALLET integration, customers complete the wallet payment only on the JazzCash hosted page, not inside support messages or ordinary website text fields.

What the website should receive

After a payment is approved, the website should receive a payment reference, verified status, and the amount needed to update the customer wallet or order record. Full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, PINs, and banking passwords should not be stored by SocialMediaBoost.

Before payments are enabled

The payment method, refund eligibility, cancellation rules, support process, and service delivery policy should be published clearly. Customers should not send money until the approved checkout is live on the website.
