How to prepare your social profile before requesting a service
Before any social-media service is accepted, the target profile, post, video, channel, or track should be public and reachable. A private or incorrect link can delay review and may prevent delivery after a service is approved.
Check the target link
- Use the direct public URL for the profile, post, video, channel, group, or track.
- Open the link in a private browser window to confirm it is visible.
- Avoid changing usernames, deleting posts, or switching privacy settings while a request is being reviewed.
Know the service goal
Different categories have different requirements. Followers, views, likes, comments, subscribers, and channel members are reviewed separately. Share the platform, target type, and quantity range you need so support can confirm current availability and pricing.
Keep account security clean
SocialMediaBoost does not need your social-account password. Do not send login credentials, MPINs, OTPs, card numbers, PINs, or online-banking information through support forms or messages.
